Ashley Adams

Ashley is a 5* event rider. She has produced several young horses into successful upper-level competitors, including her off the track thoroughbred Vaunted whom she rode at the KY CCI5*-L.

Ashley Johnson

Ashley has a Master’s in Psychology with a focus on Performance Psychology from Harvard University. Ashley is a 5* event rider, Level IV ICP certified instructor, and “A” Pony Club graduate.

Aubrey Graham

Aubrey is an OTTB specialist, and coaches Ride iQ programs that are developed in partnership with The Retired Racehorse Project. She parlays her 30+ years of riding experience into training students and working with young, green, and challenging rides, but her passion lies in the retraining OTTBs.

Doug Payne

Doug was the highest placed event rider on Team USA at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. He is also a Grand Prix show jumper and graduate “A” Pony Club alumni. Doug won a team gold medal at the 2019 Pan Am Games as part of the US team. He is ICP Level III certified.

Ema Klugman

Ema is one of only two people in the US to achieve three A-level certifications from the US Pony Clubs. She was the highest-placed Young Rider in the 5* at the 2021 KY 3-Day Event with her horse Bendigo.

Gina Smith

Gina is one of Canada’s most accomplished dressage riders. She won a team bronze medal at the 1988 Olympics in Seoul, and she also competed for Canada in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta. ‍

Hilda Donahue

Hilda is an Irish 5* event rider and has competed in many of the world’s 5* events. Hilda is also an endurance rider and was a leading rider in the FEI Longines World Rankings in 2016.

Holly Hudspeth

Holly Hudspeth, née Hepp, is a US 5* event rider. She was a top 10 finisher at the 2003 Pan Am Games and she has competed at the Kentucky Three-Day Event several times. Holly was also the Area VIII Young Rider Coach. She is ICP Level IV certified.

Jamie Graham

Jamie is the founder of Haybales and Barbells, a certified personal trainer and Master’s level Recreation Therapist. She’s an advocate for body inclusivity, diversity, and non-diet culture.

Jen Carter

Jen is an American 5* event rider. She has successfully completed the Kentucky CCI5*-L and has coached students at the top level of the sport. She has also trained and bred very successful upper-level horses.

Jennette Scanlon

Jennette is a USPC National Examiner and a graduate HA Pony Club alumni. She is also a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist, USDF “L” Graduate with Distinction, and ICP Level III certified instructor.

Jon Holling

Jon is a US 5* event rider. He coached the Area IV Young Rider team to multiple gold medals. He is Vice Chairman of the USEF Eventing Sport Committee and National Safety Officer for the US to the FEI. He is ICP Level IV certified.

Kathy Baar

Kathy has over 20 years of experience as a natural horsemanship coach. She spent 11 years studying natural horsemanship under Linda and Pat Parelli, and she was on the original faculty at the Parelli Center.

Kyle Carter

Kyle competed at the 2008 Olympics on the Canadian eventing team and won a silver medal at the 2010 WEG with the Canadian team. He has produced multiple riders to the 5* level and is the winningest Young Rider coach.

Lauren Sprieser

Lauren is a High-Performance Grand Prix dressage rider and trainer and has produced seven horses from the beginning of their careers to Grand Prix. She is a USDF Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medalist. Lauren frequently writes for The Chronicle of the Horse and other publications.

Lesley Grant Law

Lesley is a Canadian 5* event rider. She was the Rider Representative for the ’05 and ’06 Canadian Eventing High Performance Committee and is involved in the Athlete Development Program.

Leslie Law

Leslie is a British 5* event rider and was the individual Olympic gold medalist at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. He is currently the #5 on the USEA Rider of the Year Leaderboard. Leslie is the USEF Eventing Developing Rider Coach, and he is ICP Level IV certified.

Meaghan Marinovich Burdick

Meaghan is 4* event rider who has produced multiple horses to the upper levels in the US and UK. She earned team gold at the North American Youth Championships and has coached countless clients since.

Peter Gray

Peter is a renowned dressage judge and has been appointed as a judge for the 2022 World Eventing Championships in Italy. He has been to the Olympics Games as both an event rider and as a team coach. Peter is ICP Level IV certified.

Reese Koffler Stanfield

Reese Koffler-Stanfield is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist. She is a USDF Certified Instructor through Fourth Level. You may know Reese as the host of the Dressage Radio Show, the official podcast of the USDF.

Sinead Halpin Maynard

Sinead Halpin Maynard is a US 5* event rider. She has had several top 10 finishes at the highest level of the sport including 3rd at Rolex Kentucky CCI5*-L in 2011 and 2nd at Burghley CCI5*-L in 2012.

Reese Koffler Stanfield

Reese Koffler-Stanfield is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medalist. She is a USDF Certified Instructor through Fourth Level. You may know Reese as the host of the Dressage Radio Show, the official podcast of the USDF.

Gina Smith
