Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the giveaway is Ride iQ, Inc..
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on March 17th, 2023 at 6am ET and ending April 5th, 2023 at midnight ET. All entries must be received by April 5th, 2023 to be eligible to win.
5. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter the giveaway, participants must opt in via the above form. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the entry requirements.
6. Prize: One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will receive an all expense paid trip as an attendee to the equestrian event of their choice. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The maximum spend or investment on the prize by Ride iQ will be $6,500.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by April 16th, 2023. The winner must respond within 1 day to claim their prize. If the winner fails to respond within the specified time, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. General Terms: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway at any time for any reason, without notice. The Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the giveaway and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the giveaway
