Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Ride iQ, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively, the “Employees”), and immediate family members or those living in the same household as Employees are not eligible to participate. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the giveaway is Ride iQ, Inc..
3. Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entrants represent and warrant that they meet all eligibility requirements. All decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted online from April 14, 2025 at 5:00 AM ET through April 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted after this period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must start a free 2-week Ride iQ trial at ride-iq.com. To remain eligible, the trial or membership must be active as of April 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet these requirements or that it believes to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.
6. Prize: One (1) winner will receive up to $2,000 USD in reimbursement for show or clinic entry fees incurred within a 12-month period.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • The maximum reimbursement amount is $2,000.
   • Expenses must be documented with receipts and must relate to equestrian competition or clinic participation.
   • Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email by April 28, 2025. The winner must respond within 48 hours to confirm acceptance. If no response is received within the timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.‍
8. General Terms: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
   Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms. Sponsor is not responsible for:
   • Technical failures of any kind (e.g., malfunctioning software, hardware, or network connections)
   • Incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected entries
   • Any injury or damage to participants’ or others’ devices related to or resulting from participation in this giveaway

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Ride iQ, Inc. and its affiliates, employees, contractors, representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or relating to: (i) participation in the giveaway; (ii) acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize; (iii) technical issues or service interruptions; (iv) unauthorized intervention in any part of the giveaway process.
